In January we purchased your liquid roof material and applied it per your instructions. We wanted to wait a few months and we very impressed with the product and told several people about it. At the time I ordered I was told we would receive a $50.00 gift certificate for some before and after pictures which we have attached. The results speak for themselves.
We had been told by several RV shops that there was no other option than installing a new roof for approx $5,200.00 Your product was a real boon for us! Our motorhome is an an older model and we weren’t willing to put that kind of money into it. So this remedy was great

I ordered a gallon of Liquid Rubber last summer, and inquired if it could be spread with an adhesive applicator trowel; the sales person was not aware of this having been tried. I tried using a commercially available trowel with 4 sawtooth teeth per inch, and 0.135 inch notch depths, holding the trowel at about a 45 degree tilt. This worked great, and spread the liquid at exactly the recommended rate. The trowel is followed by a brush or roller to level the liquid.
My application is to repair the seams on an EPDM roof; the seams are weathering much faster than the roofing membrane. After wire brushing and vacuuming the areas to be repaired, the new coating is well adhered, smooth, and continuous, and, AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF THE ROOF LOOKS BRAND NEW! I just ordered two more gallons.

I applied the liquid rubber to the roof of our camper and after a few minutes it started to bubble up. Whats going on? What do you guys think? Thanks Mickey. Bubbling is normal. It is part of the curing process. Normally it will take anywhere from 5-10 days for all the bubbling to cure. Hey, You were correct. I went on the roof this morning and was amazed. It looks great. Thanks for the help. The product is amazing!

Lou, I promised I would e-mail you guys what we thought of your product either way. Well I must say you were right about everything it claimed. We were more than pleased with the performance of the product. We were concerned with the cost but after seeing how thick it is and the fact that it required no primers or additional coats the cost actually was cheaper that other systems. We hired some general laborers to do the work and saved $3,500.00 to boot! Great service. We have another job coming up in May and we will definitely be reordering

We had been looking for a roofing coating for some time. We ordered a gallon in the summer to test it out on our roof, part epdm and part metal. After our initial testing we were quite amazed with the performance of the product. This is the only product that had stopped our leak, and in fact the first time in 4 years the roof did not leak. We since then completed our entire roof and saved several thousand dollars by hiring some general laborers to apply the material along with some people who work in our warehouse. This is the first time that I took the time to write a compliment but you guys asked if the product did what it said it would to let us know so I am glad to do so. A friend of mine gave me a gallon of the Liquid Rubber he had left over after I complained to him about a chronic leak on my roof. Although my roofer did some patch work, I still had water coming in when the rain was heavy. Well I tried the Liquid Rubber in the area where the water was coming from.
That was six months ago. Today, all is dry. I have to thank my friend for introducing me to this great product.

I had my doubts, and wasn't sure if I was applying it right, but, it has truned out to be superb. I did manage to get it on my pants. But that is hardly a fault of the product. Excellent product and thank you. I expect my sunroom with the shallow roof is loving it too.

We have been doing metal roofs for about 12 years now and I think we found the product to end all. Great staff who walked us through our first roof. We had a 25,000 sq ft flat roof, mostly metal with some rusting and areas where the vents were covered with a hot tar application. We brushed on an elastomeric coating on the tar areas and on the heavily rusted areas covered them with a metal primer. By the way the product is nice to work with. Given the 8 hour time frame you have to work with, our guys didn't have to rush. Not the case with some of the other products out there where the set up is real quick. We were quite amazed with the appearance. It looks like someone put a 25,000 sq ft piece of sheet epdm on our roof. We'll be back!

I was going to install a regular rubber roof when I saw your product. It would save a lot of work. I ordered a gallon to try and your product was just what you said it was. It went on easy with the squeegie and evened itself to a beautiful coating. It looks and feels like it will last a long time.I am ordering a second gallon to finish the job.

I had a contractor build a patio cover out of cedar and 4x4 glass panes. He never could get the roof to stop leaking though he used several products. Water would eventually always leak somewhere around the joint of the glass and the tin lip he had laid the glass in. I just applied your product and am confident I finally found the right sealant to stop the leaks. I can BBQ in the dry for once without drips all over the patio roof. Great product! I just wanted to drop a line about your product.

Everyone was SUPER helpful and knew the product, properties and application methods well. I applied to product on the trailer in about a 2-hour period one evening. It was tricky with the application, from a novice who had not done this before, on the flat surface as well as rounding the corners and down on the sides about 6 inches. It went GREAT! Here is a picture of our finished roof. We were very happy with the end result. You have a great product here and we will be ordering for future jobs we have. We were a bit skeptical at first but when it was fully dry it looked as if we installed a new 1500 sq piece of sheet EPDM.

After talking to a few RV dealers, most of them recommended putting a roof conditioner on to retreat the roof even though the black rubber roof was showing through. I decided to call and talk to you all. After my conversation with you all, it was recommended that I use a product called Streak Master. This product prepares the roof for sealing. It removes all the dirt and paint chalking. I washed the roof with the Streak Master and left it dry for one
day.
I followed the directions that I received with the Liquid Roof. After mixing the material, I used a squeegee and short nap roller and paint brush to apply the liquid roof. The material went on fairly easy , it took about 2 hours to apply the material. I'm very happy with the end result. It looks like I have a new roof on my trailer. Now I don't have to worry about the rain finding a way into the trailer and ruining our contents. I'm very please to know the Liquid Roof should last about 10 to 15 years. I would be glad to endorse this product if anyone would have any questions about it. It has been a please dealing with your company.

In early June I purchased a 4 gal pail of "Liquid Roof" for my RV with the hope it would seal the Roof from additional leaks. Its been about a week since the product was applied and today I viewed the results and I can not tell you how pleased I am with your product and how the old roof looks new . The results of the new coating have not been tested with a heavy shower as yet. If there is any water that gets into the RV. It will not be through the roof (my opinion)
A couple of observation; your customer service is great. I had some concerns as I had not used your products previously. Please advise any potential customers to relax as your folks have the answers to any problem.
You may want to include with your instructions the fact that the material spreads so much easier with a squeegee and then finish with a roller. In addition after a short period of time the highs and lows seem to blend together and you have a great looking and tight roof again. I found the brushing didn't work well at all.

I will send pictures later but we completed our warehouse last week and had two good rainfalls and no leaks. We had a few roofers who quoted us $25,000 but managed to get by with $4,500 of your product !!

What the contractor originally wanted to do was going to require us to set a primer down first then the tar roof and gravel. We saved over $3500.00 just in the labor
